Will I be charged an exit fee if I take the new REDX 1101?
There is no exit fee if you move from any older version of REDX plan to the new one.
When will my Exit Fee be charged?
Exit Fee will be charged when if you move out of REDX plan ie. Postpaid to Prepaid, Port-Out, Disconnection or Plan change. This fee will be applicable if International Roaming benefit was availed in the last 1 year on REDX 1101 plan.
How can I avail my preferred entertainment benefits?
You can log on to Vi App and go to my accounts > Active plan benefits > claim benefits section. You will be able to activate the benefits available with your plan. Sign-up using registered Vi mobile number and log on to the respective app (Disney+ Hotstar, Amazon Prime, etc.) using the same credentials.
How do I access the Coupon based lifestyle benefits?
Activate the exclusive lifestyle benefit by claiming the benefit from the Vi App claim benefits section and then proceed to unlock the coupons by tapping on the enabled coupons. Redeem the coupons on the respective app (EazyDiner, Norton, etc.) to enjoy the benefits.
How to redeem my active coupons?
Click on “Copy to redeem” tab next to the coupon code to redeem the coupon. You will be redirected to the partner website/App.

What happens to International Roaming benefit if I change my plan to any other plan from REDX?
- If you have already claimed the free International Roaming benefit in the past 6 months it might result in an exit fee charge when leaving REDX.
- If you have not claimed the free International Roaming benefit so far, you won’t be able to claim it after plan change unless you change to another REDX plan.
What is Airport Lounge access benefit with REDX 1101 Plan?
- It is a complimentary access to Domestic and International Airport lounges.
- The benefit can be availed up to 4 times (including 1 international) in a single year.
